Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) operated by Q.O.L.T. – Quality Of Life Token (“Q.O.L.T.”) and Personal Care Calling Services, Inc. (dba Daily Peace Of Mind Communications) (“PCCS”) (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) About the Site
The Site provides information about Q.O.L.T. and PCCS, including our mission and ways to support our work, such as:

Donations to PCCS through a donation link on the Site; and

Crypto donations to PCCS’s designated charity wallet via links provided on the Site, including Polygon and USDT.
All content is provided for general informational purposes.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3) No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Digital assets are volatile and may involve significant risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any transactions you initiate.
4) No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, investment product, or financial instrument. Any references to tokens, blockchain, or digital assets are informational only.
5) Donations and Crypto Contributions
a) General
Donations are voluntary. We may use donations to support PCCS operations and programs consistent with our mission.
b) Donation Processing / Third Parties
Donations may be processed by third-party providers and/or blockchain networks. You are responsible for any third-party fees (e.g., payment processor fees, gas/network fees, wallet provider fees) and for complying with the terms of those third parties.
c) Crypto Donations Are Final
Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. Before sending any crypto donation, you are responsible for verifying:

the wallet address shown on the Site,

the network (e.g., Polygon),
-
the token/asset type (e.g., USDT), and
-
any memo/tag requirements (if applicable).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crypto donations are non-refundable.
d) Donor Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method or crypto assets you donate and that your donation does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
e) Tax Considerations
Tax deductibility depends on your jurisdiction and individual circumstances. Consult a qualified tax advisor.
6) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., donation processors, wallet providers, exchanges, block explorers, social platforms). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

AND PCCS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY DONATION OR CRYPTO TRANSACTION.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q.O.L.T., PCCS, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
