This Privacy Policy describes how Q.O.L.T. – Quality Of Life Token (“Q.O.L.T.”) and Personal Care Calling Services, Inc. (dba Daily Peace Of Mind Communications) (“PCCS”) (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit or interact with this website (the “Site”), including when you make a donation to PCCS or use links provided on the Site to donate crypto to PCCS’s designated charity wallet.

1) Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • Contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)

  • Message content (e.g., inquiries submitted through contact forms)

  • Donation-related information you provide through donation forms (e.g., name, email, mailing address, donation amount)

Important: If you donate through a third-party processor, we may not receive your full payment card or banking details. Those are typically handled by the processor.

b) Crypto donation information
Crypto donations are processed on public blockchains. We do not control what is recorded on-chain. Information that may be publicly visible can include:

  • wallet addresses

  • transaction hashes

  • token type and amount

  • timestamps and related blockchain metadata

c) Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we (and service providers acting on our behalf) may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city/state level)

  • device and browser type

  • pages viewed and time spent

  • referring/exit pages

  • interactions with Site features (e.g., clicks)

d) Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand performance, and measure engagement.

2) How We Use Information

We may use your information to:

  • provide and maintain the Site

  • respond to messages and support requests

  • process and acknowledge donations (including receipts where applicable)

  • improve Site usability, performance, and content

  • maintain safety, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3) Donations

a) PCCS donations via donation link
If you donate to PCCS using the donation link on the Site, donation processing may be handled by a third-party provider. The provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the provider’s policy at the point of donation.

b) Crypto donations (Polygon / USDT)
If you donate via crypto using links provided on the Site, transactions occur on blockchain networks and may be public and permanent. We may use on-chain data to:

  • verify receipt of a donation

  • maintain internal accounting records

  • support transparency reporting (e.g., aggregate totals)

We do not request or require donors to provide identity information for crypto donations unless you choose to provide it (for example, to request a receipt or acknowledgement where applicable).

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in limited circumstances, including:

  • Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, analytics, form tools, email services, donation processors)

  • Legal compliance: to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory requests

  • Protection and security: to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or abuse

  • Business changes: if we restructure, merge, or transfer assets (rare for a nonprofit, but included for completeness)

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
